Tips 4 Boredom (girls)

Decorate an old pair of jeans. Use sharpies, sparkles, scissors, fabric paint (Michaels Art Supply), anything you can find really. You could even buy some bandana fabric (Hobby Lobby) to make patches over holes for a vintage look.

Paint your nails in crazy patterns. Do a french manicure with your fave colors instead of classic pink and white. Paint a stripe over solid colors to add boldness and edge to your nails. You could even add dots. Anything that pops into your mind!

Summer Tips

Get out this summer.

If you sit around watchin TV all summer you WILL GET FAT.

Try this:

Go to the gym. You dont have to do anything special..just spend 5 min. each on your fave machines.
SWIM. It works all muscles without putting strain on any; plus its super fun and cools you off.
Dance. Its fun;its a workout; its easy to do anytime, anywhere.
Get out and tan. Yes..its laying around. But you sweat the wholeee time..works as well as a sauna but you get an awesome tan. MAKE SURE TO WEAR SUNSCREEN...EVERYWHERE.

Any other suggestions to help us get out and get going? comment with your ideas. I'll be sure to add them if they're legitimate!

**Please..enjoy your summer but use protection. Sunscreen, hats, bugspray..ect.
